spent my mum $30++ LOL!
and my sis actually is certificated THT SHE IS UNFIT !!!!
do you knw HOW JEALOUS i AM NOW ?!
is says tht : - 
she is not supposed to do all these :-
- Physical Exercise.
- Any Physical Test ( eq. NAPFA ! )
- Any Competitive Sports ( eq. CROSS COUNTRY ! )
- Any Competitive Games ( eq. Badminton ? Basketball ? )

I AM LIKE standing THERE infront of the DOCTOR !
